Creating a form in Dreamweaver can be fairly simple but actually making it work needs a CGI script to be put in place. If you are not familiar with this process, ask your host if they provide one otherwise you might want to try a readymade from one of these sites:

Bravenet for email forms, guestbooks and more

Freedback: create a form online

If you plan to have a go at creating a form yourself, you might find forms to go useful to help you

You will also need an ftp program that will allow you to upload files as ASCII text and also allow you to set file permissions. Here are a few suggestions - Transmit, Fetch, Filezilla
